Research Blueprint Consultation: Chemicals of Concern

MELBOURNE: WQRA is calling for input on chemicals of concern for its Research Blueprint 2012-2016

WQRA is undertaking consultation on the content of its Research Blueprint, which will help inform WQRA's research directions over the next five years. Meetings will be held with industry members over the coming weeks, and two workshops will be held in December. The workshops will examine:

• Chemicals of  concern -  5 December, 10.30-4pm, Melbourne (Western Treatment Plant, Werribee, Melbourne) - Registrations closed
• Pathogens  - 12 December, 10.30-4pm, Adelaide (SA Water House, Adelaide) - Registrations closed

To help support discussion and input into the Research Blueprint, WQRA has launched a discussion paper Towards a Research Blueprint: 2012-2016, at the WQRA AGM on Friday 28 October.

The discussion paper has been informed by input from members and other key stakeholders. Members are encouraged to read the discussion paper and provide feedback on the research directions discussed, as well as highlighting any areas that are not included but would benefit from examination.
